Event Details

You are invited to a FREE weekly group on Thursday evening from either 6-7pm (Intermediate level) or 7-8pm (Beginner level) hosted by David Hutchinson, AF Sacramento Library Volunteer Coordinator.

The Cercle will meet on Thursdays.

Participants will practice reading out loud, listening, and perhaps conversing en Français!
The goal is to have fun and comfortably grow participants’ skills.

Participation is flexible: you can simply listen or try a short reading out loud.
Le Cercle du Lecteur will pick interesting books with easy vocabulary so everyone can follow along.
Vocabulary and grammar will be reviewed as well as reading (in English if necessary) so nobody gets lost.

Depending on the group, discussion in French may be incorporated. Then see where it goes.
Every skill can grow with practice, especially among friends!

To participate:
RSVP your name + level to info@afsacramento.org
Your login information to access the virtual ‘Cercle du Lecteur’ will then be emailed to you.
