French for Teens

The Alliance Française offers French classes for students ages 10-17 who are beginners or already at an advanced beginner/intermediate level. Our teachers are native or near-native French speakers and strive to make classes fun and stimulating. All classes are held at our center at 2420 N Street in Midtown Sacramento.

LES GRANDS AMIS (ages 10-13)

The course will focus on correct pronunciation, vocabulary building and simple sentence structure. A text book and activity book will be used.

Day and time:  

                  Friday: 3:50-5:20pm (level 1.2)

                  Friday: 3:50-5:20pm (level 2.2)

                  Saturday: 10:45-11:15am (NEW for beginners)

Session 2—15 weeks

Maximum class size is 10. A minimum of 6 students is required for a class. A class of 5 may continue if parents agree to decrease the number of classes.

LES ADOS (ages 14-17)

The course is designed to help students wishing to develop their speaking and writing skills (including vocabulary and grammar).  

Day and time:  

                  Friday: 5:40-7:10pm (level 1.2)

                  Friday: 5:40-7:10pm (level 2.2)

Session 2—15 weeks
