4 3 Frédérique Lamort, a native of Brussels, studied French literature and history and earned a BA in Education and a specialization in Français Langue Etrangère (FLE). She is a founding member of the Alliance Française de Sacramento, served as the Assistant School Director, and has more than 20 years of experience teaching French at all levels. After working in engineering project management in the UK, she came back to Sacramento and started her own consulting company helping small businesses. She’s a jazz and classical music lover and is passionate about art, literature and history.
