Experience the pleasure of accords vins et chocolats this spring. This guided tasting will feature a curated selection of wines from Château du Martret, presented by a French-trained wine expert with deep roots in Burgundy. Guests will enjoy a 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon and a 2022 Chardonnay, both aged in French oak, thoughtfully paired with artisanal chocolates.

From rich dark chocolates with notes of fruit, spice, and nuts to silky milk and white chocolates with caramel and truffle, each pairing is designed to highlight the subtle balance between sweetness, tannins, and aroma—revealing new dimensions of flavor and texture.
