We are looking for members to volunteer on the following committees: Cultural Events, Marketing/Fundraising,

Classroom Assistance for Children's Classes & Summer Camp
We can use assistance in our Fall Children's French classes on Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons (approximately 4:00pm-5:30pm) starting
again in October. If you have prior classroom experience or if you are eager to gain some classroom experience. Strong Intermediate level
French Summer Camp for 7-to-11 year-olds is scheduled for Monday - Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm, June 19 through June 30,
Please email Kevin if you might be available at any times (starting from 8:00am for set
up, ending at 2:00pm after clean-up). During this two-week period, we need Teacher Assistants to help in the classroom for various arts &
crafts, cultural, cooking lessons, as well as some outside activity in the early mornings.
Do you have a knack for organization? The Alliance Française can always use admin assistance in our office.
Do you have a unique or special skill that you might like to use to assist us on a short- or long-term project? We'd love to discuss how to
match up your talents with our organizational needs. Much of this work can be done remotely if desired.

Nominations are now open for the Alliance Française de Sacramento’s Board of Directors. If you are passionate about our mission and are
interested in becoming a part of our talented and dedicated leadership team, we want to hear from you!
Board nominees must be members in good standing and be prepared to participate in approximately eight board meetings a year, assist with
fundraising and events, and serve on at least one committee. The Nominating Committee will interview prospective candidates and recommend a
slate of directors to the membership prior to our annual membership meeting, tentatively scheduled for early summer.
If you would like to nominate yourself or another person to be considered for the board, please send an email to email@example.com. If
you are nominating yourself, explain why you wish to join the board and what experience and skills you would offer. If you are nominating
someone else, share why you think the nominee would make a good board member. Please remember to include contact emails and phone numbers .
