Wine tasting is an art that is both simple and complex,
which appeals not only to taste perceptions but also to visual and olfactory perceptions.

mais aussi aux perceptions visuelles et olfactives.



Christophe Bonnefoy, winemaker and owner of Château du Martret in Burgundy invites you to discover wines from different regions of France as well as the stages and vocabulary of tasting to better appreciate wine and understand its complexity.
We will be tasting : A Bordeaux, a Burgundy Pinot Noir and a Burgundy Chardonnay as well as a Sauvignon Blanc from Pays de la Loire.
In French and English.

Christophe Bonnefoy, vigneron et propriétaire du Château du Martret en Bourgogne vous propose de découvrir des vins de différentes régions de France ainsi que les étapes et le vocabulaire de la dégustation pour mieux apprécier le vin et appréhender sa complexité. Seront à déguster: Un Bordeaux, un Bourgogne Pinot Noir et un Bourgogne Chardonnay ainsi qu’un Sauvignon Blanc des Pays de la Loire.

Château du Martret is a family-owned négociant and winemaker based in Burgundy, France. The 200-year-old château has been home to our winemaker and his family for almost 20 years. They also have an office in California,  where they are developping partnerships with distributors. Established in 2006, their wide selection of wines made from multiple growing areas across France including reds, whites, and rosés, and a multitude of varietals.
