New Workshops
You'll find activities to make you feel like you are in France (at least for an hour or two)! These are fantastic ways to complement your ongoing French classes and try something new. You'll add more hours to your week that you are immersed speaking and thinking in French. Enjoy!

Whether or not you attend the live class, you receive a link to the recording of the class you have
registered for, and you may practice as many times as you wish for 7 days.
Are you dealing with pain, recovering from injury, fearful of injuring yourself or experiencing chronic pain?
As a yoga therapist trained in Pain Care Aware, Zabeth understand the neuro-science and biology of pain; she will compassionately guide you to practice tools and techniques that support the bio-plasticity of your body and help your being transform; you will learn to reconnect with and trust your inner voice; you will increase your self-awareness and ability to engage in your journey of increased resilience, strength and well being. Just like a regular yoga practice, chair yoga increases flexibility, mobility, strength and body awareness.

Mindful mat Yoga en français !

- grounding
- breath work
- body awareness
- intention setting
- poses that strengthen, stretch and balance you
- A complete body approach: bringing mobility to your spine, strengthening your core, arms and legs, releasing your joints, your shoulders
and your back, and mindful integration of practice

Zabeth is E-RYT500, IAYT-certified Yoga Therapist, PCAYT, PCA Trainer, an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, a Hatha yoga and a meditation
teacher, a REIKI Master, and a certified Chakradance facilitator.

Dans cet atelier de cinq semaines, vous augmenterez votre imagination, votre confiance et votre spontanéité en français en produisant une
écriture créative raffinée chaque semaine.
Notre session de trois heures comprendra un échauffement oral, une présentation du sujet et nous aurons du temps pour écrire, partager et
commenter.
Après les cinq semaines, vous recevrez un livre imprimé avec des écrits sélectionnés de la classe y compris les vôtres.
Le but de cet atelier est de libérer l'imagination et laisser couler les idées, tout en perfectionnant son français écrit et oral.
